Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using iSupplose ("the Service"), operated by LEVELUP Tech ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
iSupplose is a software-as-a-service platform that provides two-way calendar synchronisation between Splose practice management software and Microsoft 365 Outlook, along with client dashboards, task automation, and an AI practice assistant. The Service is designed for allied health and NDIS service providers in Australia.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to bind your organisation to these terms. By creating an account, you represent that you have this authority.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your Microsoft 365 login and any API keys you provide.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, access to paid features will be suspended unless a subscription is activated. We reserve the right to change the trial duration at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
- Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your Splose practice data, calendar events, or client information.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Microsoft 365, Splose, and Azure OpenAI. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any data loss, synchronisation errors, or missed appointments resulting from the use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
